Personal Description

I describe myself as a person set to continuous improvement. I believe that training and studying are the only way to become better. I got a Bachelor’s Degree in three years while working and near my forties. I recently qualified QQI Manual Handling instructor and also completed the IPA course on Irish Standards for Rented Houses.
I am also a writer with a novel and some stories, and co-author of two books in football management.


I am an experienced Building Surveyor with a Honours Bachelor’s Degree in administrative law at Turin University. I worked fifteen years managing my own business, so my own clients in B2B and B2C environments.
Mi technical background formerly only in constructions spreads now in administrative law, occupational health and safety, buildings regulation, taxation, public economy and in IT web designing and developing.
Until I was active as chartered surveyor I am Member of RICS, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. In this field I have some professional publications and I am a former member of AGEFIS (a surveyors’ association) workshop.
Furthermore I have qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (under Italian law), and as BER Assessor (under Italian law).
I also have experience as Front End Web Developer working on projects lead by small teams. I was recently selected for a Front End Developer course sponsored by Google and powered by Stanford University.

Private life

In my personal sphere I am regional commissioner of Panathlon International, an International association of sportsmen recognized by CIO with the purpose of spreading fair play and good practices in sport.
I like running and I was an American Football player and youth coach.
